Driven by a common desire to offer a global and especially unique insurance service to international customers, some major players in African insurance will create in 2007 the first federated network of companies.<\/p>\n

ACTIVA ASSURANCES (Cameroon), LA LOYALE ASSURANCES (Ivory Coast), SONAR (Burkina Faso), and AGC (Republic of Congo) will lay the foundations of this new building on the African market. The work of Douala will lead to the official creation of the GLOBUS Network under the legal form of an Economic Interest Group (EIG).<\/p>\n

In addition, network members are invited to submit to financial rating. Thus, the Network’s pioneers will all obtain an “A“ rating.
